Calico Star

Two vintage “Holly Hobbie” calicos mixed with solid quilting cottons.

Jewel Boxes

Small bright boxes surrounded by men’s shirtings, woven dobbys, and low value prints.

Echo Star

One of my favorite quilts of all time. Made with scraps, my husband’s old shirts, and other thrifted clothing. Free motion quilted by me.

Make your own Echo Star.

Willy Loman

Instructions to make a quilt similar to this are in my book. If you are ever lucky enough to get your hand’s on mid-century salesman sample swatches, grab them.
