I used this variegated thread color- a cream/lavender/gray/black- for portions of the 2021 Snowflake Sampler BOM quilt project (the large center star) and I really love this thread. It is very similar in weight to size 8 Perle Cotton thread, but is able to be separated like 6-strand embroidery floss. It stitches like a dream, is 100% Cotton, and one spool will give you 18 yards of thread!
Recommended needle size for a full strand of this thread is Size 3 or larger.
