My order seems to be stuck in transit. Can you provide any updates?

Every package Wise Craft Handmade ships has a tracking number that is sent to you in an email. If you did not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder. If we had a person at USPS, we would likely bake them a cake and try our best to get on their good side in hopes they would make sure the packages we send are shipped smoothly and without delay. Unfortunately, the tracking we see is exactly what you see. Once a package leaves our hands, it is out of those same hands. If you notice a package is stuck, please email support@wisecrafthandmade.com and we will do everything we can to help you.

I just purchased a PDF pattern from you. How do I download it?

Please save your PDF pattern immediately after purchase to your computer, laptop or mobile device. Make sure you remember where you saved it so you can access it later. Saved files on iPhones and iPads can often disappear if you don’t remember.

Downloading your file from the “order received” screen on our website:

Once you put your billing information, payment method and payment process in, you will get a screen like the one pictured below. Clicking on the pattern name under “downloads” in the area circled in red will download your file for you. Please note this will count as your first download. Again, make certain you have saved the PDF in a place where you will remember it.

Downloading from the confirmation email:

You will receive an email confirmation from us after your purchase. This email contains a link to your PDF pattern. It is located in the “download” column in the red circle below. Click on the file name to download your pattern file. Please note this counts as your first download.

My PDF pattern download attempts are used or the download link has expired. What do I do?

You have a total of 60 days from the date of purchase to download your file. If you have exhausted your download attempts and you can not find your pattern, send an email to support@wisecrafthandmade.com

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship to many countries. Make certain you choose the correct country from the dropdown menu field when entering your billing information. If you are overcharged for international shipping, you will receive a refund for the overage after your order is processed. If your country is not listed in the dropdown menu, we do not ship to that country due to previous or current shipping issues. You can send an email to support@wisecrafthandmade.com and we will see if a new shipping solution is available to your country of residence.

How will my order be sent and how soon will it be sent?

All packages are shipped via USPS with a tracking number attached. Shipping is done 2 – 3 times a week. If there are any shipping delays, you will receive a notification by email.

How do I know my order has shipped?

When the postage label is created, you will receive an email to notify you that your order has been completed, with a tracking number. If you don’t see this, please check your spam or junk folder.

I didn't receive an email informing me that my order shipped. What do I do?

Please check your Spam email folder first, these can often go in there. If you don’t see it there, and it has been more than 48 hours since your order was placed, please email us at support@wisecrafthandmade.com.

I am tracking my package and it seems to have stalled. What do I do?

These delays can happen with First Class packages. Often, the package will move and then stop with no explanation for the delay. We understand how frustrating this can be and we’ll do everything to help. Usually the package begins to move again in a day or two and you will notice updates.

What sort of materials do you use to ship your products?

We are currently switching all of our envelopes and packing materials to eco-friendly, reusable, and recyclable packaging.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love what you ordered from us, and we will do everything to explain details throughly, take accurate photos, package items securely and ship them promptly. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send an email to support@wisecrafthandmade.com and we will do what we can to make it right.

Please note that PDF pattern files are non-refundable.

I would like to join the Quilt as Desired Club but it says the membership is closed. What do I do?

We are thrilled that you want to join the Quilt as Desired Club! Doors open only a few times a year so that our efforts can go towards serving the current membership and creating a better QAD experience for you. To be notified when the doors open, please join Blair’s email list here.

I love your Block of the Month (BOM), but I don't want to be a member. How do I get access to it?

We love knowing how much you love the BOM! Because of the lessons and content Blair creates to support the BOM, it is best accessed through a Quilt as Desired Club membership. For that reason, we don’t offer the BOM outside of the membership. As of right now, there are no plans to offer the BOM as stand-alone patterns outside of the membership.
