Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Make sure to choose your country from the dropdown menu field under your billing name (see below). Also, if I overcharge you for international shipping, I will refund you when I process your order.

How will my order be sent? How soon?

I ship all packages via USPS first class postage with a tracking number. I usually ship out every day (the beauty of living very close to a Post Office). If there is an unforeseen delay, I will email you to let you know.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

When the postage label is created, you will receive an email to notify you that your order has been completed, with a tracking number. If you don’t see this, please check your spam or junk folder.


I didn’t receive an email saying my order shipped, what should I do?

Please check your Spam email folder first, these can often go in there. If you don’t see it there, and it has been more than 48 hours since your order was placed, please email me at [email protected].


USPS Tracking information seems to be stalled and not updating, what should I do?

These delays happen in the world of First Class packages, and often the package will begin to move along again, with no explanation for the delay (weather? bottom of the mail truck?). Its frustrating, but (sometimes much) higher postage fees is just as frustrating.

What is your return policy?

I want you to love what you order from my store, and will do everything possible to explain details thoroughly, take accurate photos that give a real sense of what the item is, package items securely, and ship promptly.
