Every package Wise Craft Handmade ships has a tracking number that is sent to you in an email. If you did not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder. If we had a person at USPS, we would likely bake them a cake and try our best to get on their good side in hopes they would make sure the packages we send are shipped smoothly and without delay. Unfortunately, the tracking we see is exactly what you see. Once a package leaves our hands, it is out of those same hands.
