Create a modern star quilt, without a typical red/white/blue look. That was Blair’s brief to herself when she envisioned the Vira quilt. The small sawtooth stars truly have a little twinkle in them when done in a range of darks and lights of a chosen color. From there, the background of diamonds uses dark and light value of a chosen color(s) to create a nice contrast to the stars.
