I’m always honored when students and fellow makers feel inspired to share their ideas with me. It truly means a lot to know that my work has sparked something in your own creative practice. Wise Craft Handmade is a full-time creative business for me, and because of that I am not able to review individual projects, patterns, or class ideas outside of what I offer online. My time is scheduled and focused on designing new work, teaching, and maintaining the resources I create for the quilting community.
Over the years, I’ve invested in mentors, classes, and coaching to help me grow, and I encourage everyone to do the same. Paying for thoughtful feedback and mentoring not only respects the mentor’s time, it also gives you clearer, more structured support than quick, informal opinions can offer.
If you’re looking for guidance from me, the best place to get my feedback is inside my classes, quiltalongs, and other paid programs, where I can be fully present and helpful to everyone who’s enrolled. Thank you for understanding
All of the Wise Craft Handmade online classes can be accessed via Blair’s online school at this link. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one and just back in. If you are still having issues, please email us at support@wisecrafthandmade.com.
Whenever I get an email from someone that simply says “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” or something similar in the subject line, I take it seriously. The problem arises when I have to sleuth out exactly what I need to unsubscribe them from. It takes time out of my day to solve the pieces of a puzzle and make it right. Please know that by law, there must be an unsubscribe button at the bottom of every email I send you. And there is. If you click that unsubscribe button, it will do all of the unsubscribing automatically, without either of us doing anything more. Done!
Because digital patterns and classes are accessible immediately, these purchases are generally non‑refundable, but support is available if there is an issue with access or files.
Thank you so much for your order! You can access your download link two ways:
Right after checkout
- As soon as your payment goes through, a download button/link for your digital pattern appears on the order confirmation page in the shop.
- You can click that button there to download and save your PDF pattern to your device.
In your email receipt
- Our shop also sends an email receipt with a download link to the email address you used at checkout.
- If you don’t see this email in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders, as these emails can land there.
Packages are shipped out twice a week, Monday and Thursday mornings, and are all shipped via USPS Ground Advantage®. This typically gets your package to you within 2-5 days and always has a tracking number. When a label is created for your order and it is packaged up, that tracking number is included in an email which is automatically send to you. These emails can often end up in your spam or junk folder automatically, please be sure and check for them there if you do not see this email.
Once delivered to the USPS, we are not responsible for what happens after that to your package. The tracking we see is exactly what you see. If you notice a package is stuck, please email support@wisecrafthandmade.com and we will do everything we can to help you.
Any errors that are brought to our attention are identified and corrected on this page. If you do not see a correction for your particular issue on that page, and want to let us know, please contact us through our contact form. We try our very best to catch everything before something is sent out into the world, but alas, everyone I work with on a pattern is human (not AI) and mistakes can happen (even with AI). We apologize for the issue and will work hard to make it right.
Wise Craft Handmade online classes live over on the Wise Craft Teachable school, even though you’ll find them listed here on the website. If you’re stuck logging in, first make sure you’re using the same email address you used when you purchased the class, then click “Forgot password?” on the Teachable login page to reset it. If that doesn’t solve it, send us a note with your name, the email you used to enroll, and which class you’re trying to access, and we’ll help get you back into the classroom.
- Be sure to bookmark the online school so you can access it quickly in the future.
- Visit this page for information on getting logged in.
- If you are still having issues, we can help. Please email us at support@wisecrafthandmade.com.

We are an online-only business and do not have a brick and mortar store.
Short answer: no. Long answer: also no, but said with a smile. Please don’t email, upload, or photocopy our patterns for others. Every extra copy that gets shared means one less pattern sale that keeps the studio lights on.
If someone loves what you’re making, the nicest thing you can do is send them the link so they can purchase their own copy.
Our patterns are not designed to create mass produced products for other people, no matter how big or small the quantity or business is.
Our patterns are written with very clear step‑by‑step instructions, consistent language, and detailed illustrations. We also often have video content that supports the instructions in the pattern. Blair considers all her patterns suitable for confident beginners. While Wise Craft patterns are not technically difficult, we define a confident beginner as someone who is very comfortable using their sewing machine, and who understands the basics of patchwork sewing, which our patterns do not cover.
