This was only the second time Blair had ever played around with the idea of using color value in scrappy quilts, and before she created her Ruby Ruler®, but it’s still her favorite! The pieces were designed to be a size small enough to use those last bits of fabric, and maybe even swap with friends. Because the more fabrics that are used in a quilt like this, the better.
