I am extremely honored to be not only in this wonderful magazine, but in the issue featuring my newly adopted home since 2020, New Mexico. New Mexico has captured my heart and has inspired me creatively like no other place. The sunsets, the people, the climate, the desert. All of it.
In this issue, Quiltfolk visits many talented quilt makers, including myself, who call The Land of Enchantment home. The day they came to our home, casual conversations about this and that evolved, and before long, my husband’s 1969 Jeep he’s named “Hooper” was out of the garage and on the property as a photo prop.
