Hello! It’s been a while since I’ve actually written a public blog post, I hope you all have been well!

I wanted to share that my Santa Fe studio is featured in the Fall 2023 Issue of Where Women Create! For many years, I have purchased issues of Where Women Create whenever I wanted to do a deep clean and clear out of my various studio homes. So you can imagine what a thrill it is for me to have my own studio among its pages. My niece Cate Dingley photographed all the various corners and collections, she did a beautiful job. I also share the story of how my creative journey has gone from the beginning (back in middle school when I laid eyes on my first ever Vogue magazine) to where I am now. There’s been lots of ebbs and flows, but I honestly wouldn’t change a thing.

For a little context, when we moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico, my husband made a little promise to me. After having a sewing studio in the basement of our Seattle, Washington home for many years, he promised that we’d build a studio for me onto the house we purchased (which is much smaller than our previous house). It took a little under a year to complete the entire construction project, and the footprint of the new studio is roughly the exact same size as my basement studio. Just a ton more light!
