Happy New Year!

Do folks read blogs these days? My whole online world began with blogging, way back in 2005. So much has changed since then, but I’d really like to think that blogging is still an outlet for creativity. I always like to give myself little challenges here and there, especially at the beginning of a year. My business has grown a lot since those early blogging days, and the blog part of my website has been distracted a little bit (a lot of bit, actually). So I decided that I’m going to try and blog 1x a week in 2022, for as long as I can keep it up. The plan is ambitious only because its a new habit I need to form, and new routine to get into. But I am actually looking forward to it!

That’s me from 2006, the first time I ever showed my face on Flickr and my blog. There was no Instagram or even Facebook (at least that I knew about). I’ve come along way since that baby face lady with two small children somewhere outside of camera range.
