I am thrilled to be teaching and learning at the Craftcation conference happening in March. If you haven’t heard of Craftcation, it is 4 days in beautiful Ventura, California, full of hands-on crafting classes, creative business classes, and a celebration of all things in our handmade world. If you are a maker who loves to learn new things, who loves to create beautiful things in the company of kindred creative spirits, or who would like to grow a creative business, this is where you should be on March 26-29.
And did I mention it’s on the beach?!
Yours truly will be leading a class on making recycled flowers, complete with a field trip to an area thrift shop on the Friday, the 27th. I will also be a part of 2 panel discussions- one on How Do You Run Your Business? and another on Turning Your Craft Writings Into A Winning Book Proposal with Kari Chapin. There are classes and panel discussions held on just about every subject you can imagine, from some truly talented, respected folks in the field. It truly is like a craft-cation!
