Pheasant
Made as a test pattern. I found the pheasant cross stitch piece at the thrift store and brought it home and cleaned it back to its original colors. I decided to cut it into squares when I realized there wasn’t enough of a border around the design to do much with.

Starflake
A scrappy, color-focused design. I couldn’t decide if the shapes were exactly star, but they are definitely each completely unique like snowflakes. So…Starflake.
