I released a brand new kit last night in the shop! I was so excited to blog about them and I realized this afternoon there are only 5 of them left!

This kit is one that is based on the idea of adding your own “graffiti”, also known as “tagging” to a piece of toile fabric. I released a similar kit years ago and sold out. It feels like with all there is going on in the world, there is so much to say, its time to bring it back! I love the little bit of humor and whimsy that embroidery details like this does to a piece of toile fabric. I even made an entire quilt around the idea-

“Tagged” from Wise Craft Quilts. This was a super fun project to do! My sister-in-law and I embroidered different squares over a few months.

If you aren’t ready to tackle a completely embroidered toile quilt, this kit is the perfect place to start. Stitching details all over the fabric, embellishing the scenes, is easy. And what was suddenly just a piece of printed fabric becomes yours!

My daughter and I each embroidered on our own and made pillows. Each are equally as fun! The kit comes with 6 colors of embroidery thread, a needle, a Frixion heat erasable pen, a hoop, as well as some sequins and beads to add some sparkle. There’s also a PDF pattern that gives complete instructions and sample stitches. There’s really no messing up on this project.
