The 2020 Quilter’s Planner

Quilter's Planner

I am so excited to share that I have a quilt pattern in the 2020 Quilter’s Planner Magazine! This magazine is a companion to the Quilter’s Planner. If you’ve never seen or heard of the Quilter’s Planner, you are missing out on a very inspiring way to keep track of your days, creative projects, etc in a beautifully inspiring carry-along planner.

Quilter's Planner

Part day-timer, calendar, quilt pattern, and inspiration bank, you will love writing down important dates and projects in its pages.

My quilt project in the Quilter’s Planner magazine is called Rojas. It is full of scrappy, value-based goodness. My favorite kind these days! This is the perfect project to pull from your scrap bins. I leave a stack of bins by my sewing machine to pull scraps from, and put a block or two together in between other projects.

Rojas

The Rojas pattern gives you prompts on using your scraps, and dividing them into three value piles this time (which can be helped along quite a bit with the Ruby Ruler™). You then pull from your light, medium, and dark value scrap piles to construct the layout. It was a very fun quilt to design!

This year’s Quilter’s Planner has lots of new features. You can choose your cover (all options designed by my friend, Karen Lewis). New this year is a clip in ruler, size and cover options. All can be found here.
