Oh my! Handstitching, how I’ve missed you!
The early part of 2019 was spent being sick, Konmari’ing, and finishing up deadlines in between. I just didn’t have energy in the evenings to do any stitching at all. Once bigger projects were done, I was really happy to be able to settle into some new handwork and finish off a batch of Wise Craft Found and Foraged Pincushions.
I have shared a bit of my vintage photograph collection on Instagram before. A collection of people, sitting on quilts. Which over time evolved into sitting on blankets and quilt-like things.

Its finally here! Registration is officially open today for my Dream, Learn, Quilt! online class. This will be the 3rd run of this class and I can’t wait to meet a whole new group of students! This class has surpassed all the hopes I had when creating it.
I just listed a new limited batch of pincushions in the shop. Part of the Found and Foraged Collection, these are a collaboration between myself and potter Kristen Ballou. She hand makes the cups, and I hand stitch the tops.
I am putting a brand new batch of birdie needle minders in the shop.
